South African Health Minister Dr.Zweli Mkhize has this evening announced that the first batch of Covid19 vaccines are expected to leave India for South Africa on the 31st of January.
The South African Department of health is this evening hosting a virtual webinar on the Phase 1 Inoculation of the Covid-19 vaccine. The webinar will elaborate on the Health Departments rollout strategy and focus areas, as a measure to swiftly decrease the spread of Covid-19 in the country.
The South African public is encouraged to register to join the webinar via a link provided by Health Department on the DOH website and their social media platforms.
The webinar takes place from 20:00pm on their website as well as on major news channels in the country.
